Reviewing
\n<\/strong>The editorial board of the journal accepts original, previously unpublished scientific, theoretical and research articles.
\nAll manuscripts received by the journal editorial board are checked by the editor-in-chief for the purpose, subject matter, and reactionary policy of the publication.
\nReviewing manuscripts consists of two stages: internal and external evaluation.
\nUpon the recommendation of the reviewers and the decision of the journal editorial board, manuscripts that do not meet the subject matter or editorial policy of the publication are rejected, and those that do not meet the journal’s requirements for structure and design are returned to the authors for revision, who have the right to resubmit them to the journal editorial board.<\/p>\n
