Access to the journal&#8217;s content on the website is possible immediately after the publication of the paper version. Full-text access to the journal&#8217;s scientific articles is provided on the official website in the <a href=\"https:\/\/surl.li\/eoscal\">&#8220;Journal Issues&#8221;<\/a> section<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Publications in the journal are free of charge<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The editorial board of the journal supports the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org\/\">Budapest Open Access Initiative<\/a>, according to which the journal is freely accessible and free of charge for the user or his institution.<\/p>\n<p>The editorial board supports the initiative of the Science Europe association \u201cPlan S\u201d to publish the results of scientific research in open access publications with a CC BY license.<\/p>\n<p><em>Editorial processes<\/em>: submission, review, editing, etc. take place via the e-mail address <strong>movajournal@ukr.net<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The author of the manuscript sends with it an electronic version of the Creative Commons License: CC BY 4.0. with his signature, a postgraduate student or applicant \u2013 also a recommendation from the head of the department or scientific supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>Electronic full-text versions of articles (in PDF format) may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed (in a manner that does not infringe copyright), printed, or referred to without the consent of the author or the editorial staff.<\/p>\n<p>All issues of the journal &#8220;Ukrainian language&#8221; are objects of copyright, divided between the authors of the articles and the founding publishers &#8211; the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Institute of the Ukrainian Language of the NAS of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The publisher allows the author to store (deposit) the final version of the article (Author&#8217;s Accepted Manuscript \u2013 AAM) in an institutional or thematic repository in which it is publicly available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principles and ethical norms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The open data policy of the scientific and theoretical journal &#8220;Ukrainian language&#8221; is based on the principles of open science and is aimed at ensuring transparency, reproducibility and integrity of research.<\/p>\n<p>The editorial policy of the journal is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles and their publication; high demands on the quality of scientific research; mandatory double &#8220;blind&#8221; review of articles; adherence to collegiality in making decisions about the publication of articles; preservation of copyright and related rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose and general provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The editorial board of the journal promotes open access to scientific data underlying the authors&#8217; research results, in accordance with ethical requirements and legislation. In situations where this is relevant and possible, research materials should comply with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).<\/p>\n<p><strong>FAIR principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Findable<\/em><br \/>\nResearch materials should be placed in a reliable repository and have a permanent identifier (DOI) that allows them to be uniquely identified and cited.<\/p>\n<p><em>Accessible<\/em><br \/>\nResearch materials should be accessible through standardized access mechanisms. If there are restrictions (ethical, legal, contractual), authors should clearly indicate them.<\/p>\n<p><em>Interoperable<\/em><br \/>\nWhere possible, research materials should be presented in open or commonly used formats, which will enable their use in different scientific environments.<\/p>\n<p><em>Reusable<\/em><br \/>\nResearch materials should have sufficient descriptions (metadata) so that other researchers can understand the context of their creation for correct use.<\/p>\n<p><em>In linguistic studies, the following structured materials can be used:<br \/>\n<\/em>\u2013 anonymized surveys and other empirical materials;<br \/>\n\u2013 reasoned reconstructions (thesis\u2013basis\u2013conclusion);<br \/>\n\u2013 formalized logical conclusions, models, files;<br \/>\n\u2013 annotated text corpora, cited sources;<br \/>\n\u2013 structured bibliographic or conceptual, lexical-grammatical bases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hosting and declaring research materials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If authors make research materials open, it is recommended that they be placed in institutional, national or international repositories with a permanent identifier (DOI) and that it be indicated in the article metadata when submitting the manuscript through the OJS system.<\/p>\n<p>If research materials cannot be fully open (when this conflicts with ethical, legal or security restrictions), authors should clearly explain the reasons for restricting access to them.<\/p>\n<p><em>The conclusion should clearly indicate:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the full name of the institution that issued the research permit;<\/li>\n<li>the date and number of the protocol;<\/li>\n<li>the forms of informed consent obtained (for research involving human participants).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Informed consent of participants<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Authors should confirm that they obtained informed consent voluntarily, without pressure, and in a form that they understand.<\/p>\n<p>It is prohibited to publish personal data or visual materials that help identify a person without their written consent.<\/p>\n<p><em>Confidential and personal data<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The processing of personal data must comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On the Protection of Personal Data&#8221; and the GDPR, if used.<\/p>\n<p>Information about research participants must be depersonalized or anonymized.<\/p>\n<p>The author must describe the mechanism for protecting information and the procedure for accessing it.<\/p>\n<p><em>The right of the journal to request additional materials<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The editorial board has the right to request copies of ethical conclusions, informed consent forms, research protocols or other documents to confirm compliance with ethical standards.
