ARCHIVING AND LONG-TERM STORAGE POLICY IN OPEN ACCESS
Archiving
The editorial board of the scientific and theoretical journal “Ukrainian language” strives to ensure long-term access to all publications and takes all necessary technical measures to ensure backup copying and open access to the journal’s content.
Storage locations
Each issue of the journal is published in printed and electronic form. The electronic version is subject to mandatory posting in free access on the journal’s website.
Electronic copies of all issues of the publication are also transferred for storage on the platform “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” of the V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine of the NAS of Ukraine.
Archiving frequency
The journal “Ukrainian language” is archived after printing, which ensures continuous and timely preservation of scientific publications.
Licenses and Permissions
All archived material retains its original licensing terms. This allows readers and researchers to freely use it under the same terms as when it was originally published.
Archiving Policy Updates
The journal’s editorial archiving policy is reviewed every two years to reflect best practices in scholarly publishing and content preservation. Any updates or changes will be posted on the journal’s official website.
Self-Archiving
Preprint
The author may deposit a preprint (a version of the publication that has not been peer-reviewed) in any repository, provided that the publisher and journal are cited in the format: “This is a preprint of material submitted for publication in the journal “Ukrainian language”, published by the Publishing House “Akademperiodika”.
Postprint
The author may deposit a postprint (the final version of the article in the format of a PDF file created by the publisher) in any thematic national or international repository, necessarily indicating the publisher, the name of the journal and the DOI of the article.
