USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

The journal “Ukrainian language” adheres to the recommendations of EASE (European Association of Science Editors) and STM (International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers) regarding the use of artificial intelligence in scientific publications.

It is prohibited to use AI tools to develop, formulate or interpret research results or conclusions. All scientific reasoning and conclusions must be the result of human intellectual work.

Mandatory disclosure. If any AI tools or AI-enabled tools were used during the preparation of the manuscript (for example, for language editing, data visualization or literature search), the author must provide a clear disclaimer. And before the list of references, a separate section entitled “Declaration on the use of AI” must be submitted, indicating the name of the tool and the nature of its application.

Using text generated by AI tools without proper attribution and/or substantial revision by the author may be considered plagiarism.

AI tools may generate content that contains biases that reflect the data on which they were trained. Authors, reviewers, and editorial staff should critically evaluate the results of AI work and avoid disseminating biased content.

The author is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of his or her article. Artificial intelligence may not be cited as an author or co-author of an article.
